Dylan Hicks

I read this one last year and had a less-than-peak experience, though I often enjoyed it on the sentence level. I thought it was particularly strong and evocative when dealing with the contentious, maternally compelled friendship between Julianne and Karina as girls.

I came to this blog because I've lately been on a Peter Cameron binge. I just read "Coral Glynn" and "The City ..." with great pleasure, and am currently in the middle of "Andorra." Thanks much for your work.

I'm happy to see that you also read non upt-to-date books. This appeals much to me because I do the same.
